n5230 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between all players in Myanmar who use the n5230 platform ("Service") and the service provider ("we"). By registering, accessing, or using the platform's games, a player is considered to have read and accepted all of these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When updates are made, they will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To register and use the n5230 platform, players must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 or older on the date of registration.
• You must be able to use the platform on your own without violating the laws of your country of play — Myanmar.
• At the time of registration, you must not be from a blocked country or region.
• You must not be in a Self-Exclusion period during which you have restricted yourself from playing.
• The personal information provided during registration must be accurate and free of errors.

We may refuse or suspend access for anyone who does not meet the above requirements.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may only open one personal account on n5230. If multiple duplicate accounts from one person are found, we have the right to close those accounts and void any bonus funds within them.

2.2 Registration Accuracy

Players must provide accurate personal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details when registering. If inaccurate information is found, we may suspend the account and restrict withdrawals.

2.3 Account Access Security

Players must not share their account password, OTP, or contact number with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access that has not yet been addressed, report it immediately to [email protected]. We are not responsible for any losses caused by allowing a third party to access and play on your account.

2.4 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)

Before making deposits or withdrawals, or if a set amount threshold is exceeded, we may request a copy of your national ID card. Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits on n5230 are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method and timing.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals will only be sent back via the same payment method used to deposit, and funds will not be transferred to a different payment method. The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Account balances that include bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the bonus Wagering Requirement has been met — this requirement is fully described in Section 4.

n5230 charges no withdrawal fees, though intermediary fees charged by your payment service provider may apply.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering policy, we may review unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns and request relevant information. We may suspend the accounts of players whose deposit or withdrawal activity is suspected of fraudulent or irregular financial conduct.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The n5230 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must place valid bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus is only available on your first deposit and can be claimed once per person.
• The Wagering Requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• After the bonus wagering period is complete, any remaining bonus amount will be converted to real money.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus has been used, the bonus amount will be cancelled and only the deposited balance will be returned.
• Bonuses cannot be stacked on top of each other — only one bonus can be active on an account at a time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

In n5230's tiered VIP program, every player can progress from Bronze to Diamond level and earn weekly cashback—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP level upgrades are determined by us based on each player's playing style and activity. We reserve the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

5.1 Fair Play System

All games on n5230 use a Random Number Generator designed to produce fair outcomes. We cannot modify the software of our game providers, nor is it possible for us to influence game results.

5.2 Football Betting

Odds offered in football markets are fixed at the time the bet is placed. Bets on matches that are abandoned before a result is decided may be voided and refunded. We are not responsible for any issues arising from data errors by our data providers.

5.3 Game Technical Issues

If we determine that a game result was incorrect due to a software error, that bet may be voided and refunded. If it is found that a player deliberately exploited an error in collusion with others, winnings from that bet may be withheld and the account may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n5230 platform—

• Bonus Arbing — playing only to collect bonuses without genuine wagering intent
• Arbitrage Betting — repeatedly placing bets by exploiting odds differences to guarantee profit
• Using a bot or automation software to play without manual input
• Attempting to launder money
• Opening multiple accounts for the same person in order to abuse bonuses or obtain funds through any such method
• Hacking the platform or attempting to penetrate its software
• Attempting to alter odds after they have been accepted

If any of these policies are found to have been violated, we reserve the right to close the account immediately without notice, cancel any bonus amounts, and take any operational decisions deemed necessary.

After players complete a transaction, we retain deposit data, game history, and access logs. This information will not be sold to third parties and may only be shared in response to lawful requests.

All logos, designs, code, promotional materials, text, and other content displayed on the n5230 platform are the property of n5230. No player may copy, use, or distribute them for non-personal purposes without our prior written permission.

By using this platform, the player agrees that they will not acquire any ownership rights over n5230's intellectual property.

9.1 Suspension by the Player

A player may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real money balance will be returned, and any unused bonus amount will be cancelled.

9.2 Suspension by n5230

If a player is found to have violated these terms and conditions, we may suspend the account and cancel any amounts considered bonuses without prior notice. We may also exercise this right due to a legal matter or gameplay we consider to be irregular.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

n5230 is not responsible for any side effects, financial losses, gambling-related decisions, or losses arising from a third party accessing a player's account through the use of the platform.

In cases where a game is lost due to a software or server error, we may apply our refund policy, but no additional compensation will be made.
